This means we need your information to: Register you for the course, Deliver and manage the training, Make sure the course is effective (we may ask for feedback later), Tell you about future courses or events (only if you opt in), Comply with our funding obligations (share your information with Skillnet Ireland), Assist in preparing anonymous statistics for Government Skills Policy
Skillnet Ireland relies on the lawful basis of legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, as it is required to process personal data to comply with its funding agreement with DFHERIS, including oversight of public monies and reporting obligations.
Data Protection and your rights
We store your information securely and only for as long as needed (normally three years, and then it is anonymised) You have a right to: ask for a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information and ask us to delete it in certain circumstances.
